The name absolutely fits this rig! With 180 square feet, three slides, and loads of storage space, the Host Mammoth is a beast. Now, at this size, you’ll need a big truck to haul it – at least a 1 ton dually. Inside, you’ll immediately feel the luxury surrounding you. Amenities you’ll love include an electric fireplace, two couches, 32” flat screen TV, a large dry bath, and a king-size bed…and that’s just to name a few! One unique feature of this Host Truck camper is the ability to customize the layout, which we’ll highlight below.
Customizable Layouts in the Host Mammoth
The views from this camper are unlike any other! With large windows throughout, you’ll have plenty of room to admire the scenery from your campsite. Inside the Host Mammoth, you have the option for 2 sofas (one on each slide-out), the main sofa plus a washer/dryer setup, or you can have the main sofa and an extra wardrobe. These are all customizable layouts if you want to order one from scratch.
Both jackknife sofas can be made down into a bed for extra sleeping space so the kiddos or even your pups can have their own space! Additionally, the high-low table is incredibly versatile to fit your specific needs. It can go up and down, side to side, and in and out. Not only that, but you can also keep the table at a dinette level or lower it to make a coffee table. And our favorite part…you can extend it into the kitchen area for extra prep space.
Spacious Kitchen
Meal options are endless in this luxury camper. With a 3-burner stove, microwave, and all the counter space you can dream of, this is one well-equipped kitchen. On top of that, you’ll have plenty of storage space to hold all your snacks, appliances, and anything else you decide to bring along! The 10 cubic foot 12V compressor refrigerator gives you plenty of food and drink space for the whole family.
Large Bathroom
The unique bathroom layout provides you with plenty of elbow room throughout. With the rolling doors, you’ll have extra privacy when needed and can be kept open to give an open feel throughout the interior. Plus, the skylight above the shower provides plenty of natural lighting that flows into the rest of the bathroom.
The cab-over bedroom area has a few configurations to choose from – a king bed with a full wardrobe, a king bed with two side tables plus windows on both sides, or you can go with a queen bed with extra storage on both sides.
Off-Grid Truck Camper
Boondocking or going off the grid is a MUST in the Mammoth. With one of the largest tank capacities on the market, this camper has 65 gallons of fresh water, 51 gray water, and 32 black water. This 4-season camper will be comfortable in any type of weather! The 25,000 BTU furnace will keep you toasty during the winter and the Halton A/C will keep you cool all summer long. As a top-of-the-line A/C, the Bell Air 3,400 by Halton is extremely quiet so it won’t keep you up at night when it’s running.
On the outside of the Host Mammoth, you’ll have sturdy steps and a nice handrail that’ll make getting in and out of this camper easy. The basement storage compartment features a slide out tray, making it convenient to pull out gear.
